The rails are expanded in advance at high temperatures in the workshop and then locked onto fixed concrete sleepers after cooling, which are screwed together with strong railway fasteners to hold the rails together. The welded long rails are temporarily stored at the storage platform and then transported to the laying site on special goods trains. The rail is then transported to the laying site on special freight trains. The rail is welded together in sections by means of special installation vehicles, thus eliminating the rail joints. This is what we call a seamless line. The gaps are so small that they are basically invisible in millimetres.
The rails directly determine the safety of the operation of high-speed rail, in order to avoid safety problems and hidden dangers, to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents, the laying of high-speed rail track and the replacement of the track work, are not just able to work.
